I figure why not weight in as first day return gym. I went on scale and discovery I have loss 5 lb within 2 days. I was not even try to lost in past 2 days. WOW!

I walked into a gym, It was supposed to be a life-changing moment. Just twenty minutes later, I walked out. I tried again a week later, visiting a new facility, and left even sooner. The truth is, I tried many times to begin a fitness program. And over and over again, I failed. Looking back, I can see that it was a cocktail of bad decisions that made transforming my body much more difficult than it needed to be. Maybe I was too stubborn. Maybe I was too weak. I do know for certain that I wasn't prepared. I need something help over it!!! Anyone will help? :(

Today I checked my weight in as I always did bi-weekly I discovery I gain a lot of weights within 2 week. I like this 'NOOOOO!!!!!!' Now I'm up to 384 lb. Two week ago I was at 366 lb. That's 18 lb gain!! I work my ass off to loss weight into more slim and muscle. I was not happy about it. I talk with my personal trainer about it.


He says "Don't worry about it. Muscle is more heavier than fat" I was surprised. So I hit google for confirmed. And All sites says Muscle is much heavier than Fat. I has seen those picture between fat and muscle for 5 lb. So... Did I gain 18 lb of muscle? or did I regain 18 lb fat? How do I know??


Also my personal trainer says I look more slimmed down that when i took other picture. So you agree with my personal trainer? Look between January and March Picture.

Yesterday, I argue with my mother about loss weight. My mother says "you look alike from 7 year ago that you started. You're waste your money. You will never loss any weight" 


Problem is... She saw me everyday. She saw same as everyday. She never bother to look up picture and see if any changes. So I digging old picture on my computer and unable to find any. So I grab picture from my website. Thank God I have picture on this website :). So I posted it on Instagram. Many people says I does look change!. I do lost weights! As far only 94 lb loss over time. I may lost weight extreme slowly. But in past. I only workout on and off. Like once or twice a week. Sometime nothing for few months. But since my New Year Resolution I vow myself that I will going gym very often. And Here I am! This is 2nd week. and Today will be 8th attend gym. I do post Instagram every time planning for going gym. I make sure I put down how many day I'm attending gym. I only missed 2 day. Saturday is my rest day. Week ago Tue I was near back to old way by avoid gym. So I missed that day. Next day I remembered "Don't missed gym! Don't Stop when you're tired!" Stop when you're done!"

Whoa I didn't update site for year. Yikes I need to keep updating. Oh well... I become active off and on at gym. I have too much drama from some site about my background insult government, it was enough to get me in deep trouble and get banned from many forum/site. For record, I won in the court. It's freedom speech. They can't do damn thing about it. But many place blocked me from access them. Anyway back to subject. My new year fitness resolution's  Less internet, More workout, Minimum 4 day workout start on Jan 1 2017, Loss more weight, Get Fit.

Picture was taken yesterday with my iPhone 6. It show successful I was able reach 20 min of walking on treadmill. Last few month I was have trouble to went beyond 10 min with incline 1.0 and I cant even walking at 2.0 I always walking at 1.5 speed. But yesterday I finally able to going 2.0 (2 mph) From time to time I push to 2.5 til leg start grow pain I tune it down to 2.0, My goal to able doing 7 speed (7 mph) by end of 2016. I saw girl next to me. She was ran at 10 speed with 5 incline. She was able to stay for a hour. I wonder if I could go that long. But for weight, It keep going up. I don't know why it going up since I sign up for gym. I follow fitbit and sparkpeople.com about how to eat and fitness. Everyone loss weight. But me... I just gains.

NOOO!!!!! gain more weight went way above weight since June 21 2014! I gain 2 weight more than Jan 1 2015 :( I has decide to return to body by vi. They was one help me lost tons weight 2 year ago. Also I need more motive to keep return gym. I never felt comfort going gym. I have zero motive to going gym :( This picture... taken today as I look as this now.

I didn't update lately when I was sad to see my weight scale show i went up when I'm not eat much :( 

I'm no longer drink G2 I'm try avoid it as much as possible. As doctor recommend for water and Powerade Zero. It don't have any sugar and zero Calorie. I still hate water Because it's tasteless.

Since Doctor ordered me to join gym. I stalling til Oct 24 2015, I finally went to gym and sign up for full year contract black card at Planet Fitness. I notice everyone are in shape and slim. I felt.... embarrassing to know I'm only one who still chubby. Then I met one woman at gym told me she was at weight 350 lb after 3 month of gym. She lost 80 weight. Everyone are very support and best about it free personal trainer. She has been there for few years now. They recommend that I meet personal trainer to sit down and talk design the plan out. I agree.

Oct 27 2015, I went back to planet fitness to meet personal trainer. He was nice guy and show me paper of workout routes make some suggest etc. But I have extreme limited time. I wish I could stay to do some workout as he show me around. But I promise that I will help other friend for other stuff. So I had to leave 30 min after meet. He hand me those workout plans and make an suggests that I workout on Monday, off Tue, Workout Wed, off Thursday, then again workout on Friday and off rest Saturday and Sunday. To help muscle heal over night. Also recommend that I cardio a lot!

I'm think of try first walking at least 1 mile. I used able do that but I has not walking for so long time. Let's see how long... But Goal to able walk 5 mile. I know it sound too long! Let's do 1 mile before end of Dec 31 2015.

As you can see picture I changed from before and after. I know it takes 15 year. I don't workout so much. That why It's slowly but. I'm getting there.


I has stopped drink soda at cold turkey. Let's see how long I could resist that. I stopped because I discovery I have diabetics type 2. I only drink water mixed with no sugar crystal light and low calorie G2 Orange & Grape

Last Aug 19, I already developing leg pains. I choice to ignore it. But there's a lot of thing has happen between then and now. Yesterday I finally got return home from hospital. I almost not going hospital at all. I was going ignore the pain. I just try avoid to get more debts. Last Jan I was able to rid all of debt. I'm not look forward to start new debts. But I decide it's too painful. I went hospital on Aug 22. The doctor say "maybe blood clot, but unlikely. They wanted ultrasound me. But their lab is closed on Saturday late night like 4 am. They hand me paper of orders to return hospital next day for ultrasound. (Sunday) So I came back in at 2 pm on Aug 23. The nurse told me "sorry we cant give you ultrasound. You must make appt with lab." I told them doctor told me to go home and come back during day time as right now for have scan my leg. Nurse say "too bad you still have to make a appts unless you want to readmit into Emergency room then we can do ultrasound if doctor orders." I knew it would mean to have go though all produce all over again. So I decide to leave and wait til Monday for call labs for make a appt. They say they set up scheduled for me on Sept 9, 2015. I just says "wait min that's 2 week away what if it's blood clot?!" Then nurse say something really stupid. "well we can set up on Sept 15 if you cant make it on Sept 9. I just hang up with upset mood. Til Aug 27 the pain get worst. I decide to going ER again. This time during day time. They make me do though all over produce. I already told them repeatably about Aug 22 and 23. They still refuse listen. After spend hours at ER. Then they finally decide send me to Ultrasound. Know what?! They found blood clots! Doctor say If I waited other 2 or 3 day more. I'll have a heart attack and dead! Image that! Lab make me wait til Sept 9. I could have dead long before because they set up 2 week wait! Anyway... Now I'm home and on meds to thinner my blood make it flowing though and discovery I have diabetics type 2 :( I really need return to gym. For Fit Body Boot Camp say it's free but really it cost like 200 dollar a month. It only free if I loss 20 lb a month while using their gym.

I'm currently try sign up for Lansing Fit Body Boot Camp. I'll have body test tomorrow with Lansing Fit Body Boot Camp to see if they can training me at their boot camp. 

Today, I just check my weight scale. I has dropped to lowest number I even went that far. Last time most lowest was 355lb on Aug 29, 2014. That' was near one year ago. It has been become static til today finally went down to 350lb!

I won in Court. Police breaking law for arrest me for being freedom speech. I could insult police all I want. They cant arrest me for that.... But sad, IQ Fit decide to not allowed me to rejoin gym. If even I didn't break any law. I guess I will have to look for other gym. Any idea where?

I was forced to leave IQ Fit because of recent arrest. Judge say I may face 20 year prison for being freedom speech against police.

I has sign up for IQ Fitness. Pay start on Feb 4th and same day my first day use gym. Wish me a luck!

By the way, I checked my weight today. I'm at 358 lb. At least it's not 360. I hope stay below 359 for rest of life!

Happy New Year!

Look like I loss 3 lb over night. MMMM probably because I didn't had any breakfast yet. And it's 10 min until noon. Anyway, Last year, From Jan 1 2014 to Dec 31 2014. I only loss 19 weight. Better than nothing. Between that time. I only ... Sit around. Do nothing. Drink Soda (still do), Watch TV, Always at home. Didn't going gym, and all those stuff that most people would said it's called "LAZY!" So This year, My goal to join GYM. This place called IQ Fitness (Iron Quest Fitness) I would go over there now. But they're closed til tomorrow. So... Wish me a luck! For sign up. I hope it does not cost tons than I though.

Last day of 2014. Let's check in... What the hell! 366lb! where hell those 6 lb come from. As far I know in all 2 week I don't eat so much. I run out of $ thank to Christmas gifts. So I ate little past few days. *sigh* well. I'm going sign up IQ Fitness (Iron Quest Fitness) on 1st or 2nd week of Jan. I have V.I.P. PASS for 30 day VIP membership benefit include: $387 value. IQ Fit Strategy Seasson for goal planning, Unlimited customized session, unlimited F.A.S.T. Class for maximum fat burning, and unlimited total body training for getting stronger and leaner. Seen like I has not reach my hope weight as 355 lb. I'm still at above that. *sigh* I still has been think of sign up for IQ Fit (Iron Quest Fitness) They gave me VIP pass 30 day member for free.  It's near capitol & East Lansing. But it's still in Lansing.

Look like weight went down back to 360lb. Let's try get it down to lowest point as Aug 29, 2014 at 355 lb. I doubt but. Wont hurt to try. About Lansing Fit Body Boot Camp, I decide to heck with it. I might join IQ Fitness. It was recommend by two member from church.

Weight went up! ARGH!!! ... of course it's Thanksgiving day. Understandable. But I hope I will gone back below 360 by the time of Dec 31 2014.

I has been doing any workout since then... Weight keep go up and down. What I did? NOTHING! Sit around and watch TV or play computer game. I actually have been think about sign up for unquire gym called Lansing Fit Body Boot Camp . There's one at Frandor (near East Lansing, Michigan) Til I learn their price... 250 dollar for whole month! SCREW IT! When I saw site about it and it said Get 4 workout sessions plus free fat loss nutritional meal plan, free abs secret report, unlimited motivation and support valued at $147 Only $29!" So I though it was good deal. But I felt something not right. So I nagging them to tell me the true price. They finally told me "Unlimited access to LFBBC cost $250" That what I was look for "unlimited" Because those session only last 30 min. They offer 4 session... that's 2 hour for whole month. I'm not pay for only 2 hour access in month. While Other many gym charge people 30 to 40 for unlimited access to gym. But There's many Great feedback on Facebook about have 2.6 hour and loss 40 lb. I still not look forward to spend 250 dollar. So I has been think of sign up Planet Fitness. Also I heard a lot of bad news about them. But I happen to know many deaf use their gym. I rather to run into deaf people able to talk with. Than going alone while all other can chat and I cant chat with them. Anyway I was think of sign up and start focus on Jan 1 2015. Because I start Jan 1 2014 and do nothing... Weight dropping... Then see what different once I join gym Jan 1 2015. See if any rapid drop or not.

It's official, I has cancelled the membership to New Life Fitness! Now I can save 40 dollar that I never going gym for so aged. I need find way to saving money to get myself pickup truck or SUV. So I will able to haul woods all I need to get woodworking goings. Once I read one of DIY book. Doing all woodworking is part of fitness workout too. Each time I lift heavy woods and haul them around. I'm exercise. So I could do both hobby and workout. I guess it's good.

I just found out my weight start go back up to 366 lb again :( I hope I wont see number 370 again! I know I need to exercise but I did one on June 8 2014 and get out shape in 8 min out of 22 min video. Since then I has not been doing exercise.

I woke up at 3 am. I was going do it. But I keep stalling. "I don't want do that right now", "I didn't have my breakfast", "let's wait aunt leave house", "I don't want be sore", "I don't want to lift weights", "why do those fitness always said it felt great when it's sore it's not felt great" And too many excuse. When I saw video of exercise "3 Circuits, 3 Exercises, 60 Works 30 recovery" I just argh 60 work?! and 22 min?! Too long! and sit back do nothing. Til I look up at my door... With poster of P90X Those all nice muscle. That something I wanted to have. I has been always fat boy and now it's fat man.... HELL WITH IT! DO IT! 

Finally I complete my workout of 3 Circuits, 3 Exercises, 60 Works 30 recovery... Well sorta of... I stopped at 8 min into exercise. I lost balance and dizzy kick in. I felt down to floor. Out of breath. I keep told get your ass back up and finish it but.. I cant move. I just like lay there for 10 min or so.

Day 1, Week 1:
Leg, Thigh and Butt Workout Level 1 (7 min out of 22 min) Better than zero. I guess I'm serious out of shape. If I keep going every day repeatedly as show in calendar. I'm sure I'll become used to it before move into level 2.

They are cries right now. I don't think I'll able to move off my ass from chair for few hours. Thank God for Day 2 is rest day LOL.

First Day of exercise June 6 2014

I was plan to wait til June 8 2014. Follow Calender "BeFit in 30 Extreme" create by Scott Herman. 30 days. Also doing some cardio like slow walk/jog for 30 to 60 mins. I'm not guy who like walk at all. So I decide doing Stairs. Going basement then back up where I started and count as one. Not Going basement and count as one. That felt like cheat. So before I start doing stair. I told myself "how can it be hard. You has been going basement too many time. Let's do 50 time"


At first 4th doing stairs. My leg start burning. In my mind said "50? I'm already burn at 4th" 

At my 6th doing stairs. My heart start beating hard and breath rapid. In my mind said "50" hell with 50! let's do 25!"


At my 9th doing stairs. I was complete wore out and cough too much. My stomach is not happy about it. In everything in my body said "Hell with 25 Let's stop now!" But I told myself "No, let's do 10. Have round number is better than thinking about stopping at 9 when one more stair to go" 

At 9 and 1/2 doing stairs. My body said "sit down! sit down!" My mind told myself "No! just only have one more go up then done!" 


When I reach top as 10th! I felt Successful! but My leg is dead. I cant stand any longer I drop knee to floor and wait for like 2 or 3 min before able to move again.  I told myself "I'm doing this again tomorrow!"

When did I get try serious about my fitness?

Nov 2009...

I hit highest weight at 528 lb. I was rushed to hospital because gallstone about to burst. They need to surgery remove it. The doctor said it was caused by overweight. I decide it's time to hit gym to workout get into myself into shape.


Feb 15 2010... 

The day I decide sign up for join gym. This picture is my "before" and Weight at 466 lb. I swore to try get myself lose a lot of weight. I got a personal trainer name Justin Houghton. Who happen to be Cage Fighter. He was awesome guy I even met. 

Meet Justin Houghton. Who was my personal Trainer at Go Workout. He's awesome guy and funny. Very support! Very motion. But He had moved to Kansas for Cage fighter camp and become better fighter. Go Workout make me pay few $$$$ for few months with personal trainer package. But problem is they never give me replace. I spend 4 months without PT while I'm pay for one.

So I quit and switched to New Life Fitness. Reason I choice New Life Fitness. They have PT who can sign language. But I sign up and she transfer to other city. >.< Then Gym told me I could not going alone because I'm deaf. and Must have workout buddy. That one do not sit back and watch. As Far I never able to find anyone who willing to join me for workout buddy. I has been tried for more than year. No luck... 

For Record, I didn't take this picture. I grab them from website. They did lousy job with taking picture.
So I want to quit New Life Fitness and go back Go Workout because now they are open 24 hour. I'm owl guy. I tends stay up late night like til 5 or 6 in morning.  Other reason I like Go Workout, They have hot tub in locker. They have Nutrition, Free Pass, Group Classes, and they will let me going alone. Reason I quit. They make me pay months without have PT.  But Overview between both gym. I will have to admit that Go Workout is better.

Those Men inspired me to Keep going try reach the goal to be fit...
